Role Description The Junior Panel Builder will support the LV Panel Building Division in assembling low-voltage electrical panels, distribution boards, and basic automation systems according to technical designs and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting simple electrical diagrams, preparing materials, wiring components, mounting equipment, and assisting in testing and quality checks under supervision. The role involves close collaboration with senior technicians and engineers to ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pallíni, working in a workshop environment with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous learning. Qualifications Basic knowledge of electrical systems, components, and low-voltage installations, ideally gained through technical school or equivalent training. Ability to read and follow simple electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions with attention to detail. Familiarity with hand tools and basic workshop equipment, and adherence to safety procedures and standards. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, with willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues. Organized work habits, reliability, and ability to follow established processes and quality guidelines. Previous experience in panel building, electrical assembly, or related technical work is an advantage but not mandatory. Comfort working on-site in Pallíni in a technical workshop environment; ability to lift and handle equipment as required. Relevant technical diploma in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field is considered beneficial.
