Each one of us didn’t join Welcome by chance and believes deeply in what Welcome is trying to achieve, so we work relentlessly to make that happen. We challenge common logic, focus on design, put simplicity and usability first, and create memorable experiences. We keep learning and exploring better ways to serve our community and grow personally and professionally in our respective fields. • Lead, coach and develop the Service Partner Operations team, including the Service Partner Operations Specialist(s): set clear goals and priorities, run regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and build the team’s capability as the partner network scales.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, supply, partner management or a similar role, ideally in a marketplace, mobility, travel-tech or other fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven experience building and running a partner or vendor operating model end to end, from selection and contracting to performance management and offboarding.

• An ownership mindset: you take full responsibility for results, act without waiting for direction, and follow through.
• A drive for efficiency: you look for ways to automate, simplify and reduce manual work through tools and integrations.
• Eagerness to improve: you challenge the status quo, learn fast and adapt in a high-change environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with external partners and present clearly to senior stakeholders. Any extra language will be considered a plus.
