Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to customers in Greek, ensuring brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Consistently meet performance KPIs and quality standards to qualify for the Monthly Performance Bonus.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while working on-site in Sofia.
• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with our multicultural team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping others.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
