* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in childcare, education, or luxury hospitality environment.
* Certified in First Aid & CPR.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
* Knowledge of child safeguarding policies and international safety standards.
* Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Support in the implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activity programs aligned with the Sandblu’s luxury standards.
* Ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for children at all times.
* Apply safeguarding, health, safety, and emergency procedures in compliance with regulations.
* Build strong relationships with parents to ensure trust, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall family guest experience.
* Maintain high grooming, conduct, and presentation standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
