Responsibilities:
Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and incident response of MT4/MT5 trading servers, including on-call and weekend maintenance activities. Diagnose complex production issues and liaise directly with MetaQuotes to achieve timely resolution. Test and deploy Windows, server-build, plugin, and application upgrades, including new server installations and integrations. Configure and manage hosting machines, disaster-recovery environments, bridges, liquidity-provider systems, White Labels, and MetaQuotes platforms. Design and implement new platform solutions while leading mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects. Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices while driving automation and efficiency improvements. Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and architectural diagrams. Train and mentor junior and mid-level administrators, strengthening technical capability and operational readiness. Requirements 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure 3+ years of experience in MetaQuotes MT4/MT5 server administration Expert-level Windows Server administration Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python) Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions Deep understanding of networking (VPN, firewall, routing) Experience with bridge/LP systems (PrimeXM, OneZero) Proven ability to mentor and lead technical team members Excellent documentation and communication skills in English Comfortable leading under pressure during incidents Nice to have: AWS cloud experience (RDS, S3, VPN tunnels) Experience with containerization and Kubernetes Knowledge of monitoring and alerting (Grafana, PRTG, OpenTelemetry) Linux administration experience Project management skills ITIL or similar framework certification Resumes must be submitted in English.
