Athens, Greece What we’re looking for We're looking for an experienced global Credit & Collections leader to improve cash collection performance, reduce aged debt and support working capital improvements across Lloyd's Register's international operations. You will bring experience leading large-scale collections teams, managing performance improvement initiatives and operating within complex multinational organizations. You'll work across Finance, Commercial Operations, Shared Services and regional teams to deliver sustainable improvements in collections performance, governance and cash conversion.

• Own global collections performance across all regions, delivering improvements in DSO, overdue debt, aged debt and cash collection.
• Oversee collections performance improvement initiatives across a global, shared services operating model.
• Establish global collection standards, governance, operating rhythms and KPI reporting.
• Hold regional teams and outsourced service providers accountable for performance against agreed targets.
• Provide leadership across globally distributed collections teams operating through multiple management layers.
• Manage strategic customer debt exposures, payment plans and recovery strategies.
• Oversee credit risk management, credit approvals and escalation of significant risk issues.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial Operations and Service Delivery teams to remove barriers to cash collection.
• Identify root causes of poor collection performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement across the Quote-to-Cash process. What you bring
• Significant leadership experience within Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Collections, with a clear progression through the credit and collections profession.
• Extensive experience leading international collections teams across multiple countries and regions, including EMEA.
• Experience managing collections operations through shared services and outsourced delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability transforming underperforming collections functions and delivering measurable improvements in cash collection, aged debt, DSO and team performance.
• Experience operating within complex multinational organisations.
• Demonstrated skill in managing working capital, cash flow, and credit risk.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Operational functions.
• Experience managing large and complex receivables portfolios, typically in excess of £300m.
• Well-developed customer, stakeholder and people leadership skills.
• Experience leading large-scale collections organisations, including teams of 20+ colleagues operating through multiple layers of management. Nice to have
• Maritime industry experience.
• Experience leading offshore or outsourced collections operations.
• Experience within professional services, engineering, technical services, testing, inspection, certification or similarly complex multinational business environments. You are someone who
