German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent | Athens | On-site
Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 - 00:00
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will support customers with technical and account-related inquiries while identifying opportunities for customer retention, renewals, and additional services.
This is an excellent opportunity for customer-oriented professionals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and sales in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to technical issues, billing, payments, and order status
Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems
Promote relevant services, subscriptions, and contract renewals
Support customer retention by offering suitable solutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Requirements
Native or fluent German (C1)
Good English communication skills (B2)
Previous customer support experience is preferred
Sales experience is required
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required
