Crafting the Future of Luxury Hospitality in Santorini, we are the team behind one of Greece's most exciting and rapidly growing luxury hospitality group. Our expanding collection includes the award-winning Sandblu Resort, the first LXR Hotels & Resorts property by Hilton in Greece, Blu Syllogi, a carefully curated handpicked fashion collection, the iconic Blu Restaurant overlooking Santorini's breathtaking Caldera, Inspire Luxury Villas, and the upcoming luxury developments Heliotopos Luxury Caldera Suites & Restaurant, and a new beachfront destination.
At Sandblu, we are redefining ultra-luxury hospitality through excellence, innovation, and genuine Greek hospitality. As a new addition to our portfolio, this concept will offer a distinctive expression of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, shaped by its exceptional setting and the unique character of Santorini, while providing an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a truly exceptional destination.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in bartending, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, upscale bar, resort, or high end hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishing, presentation techniques, and beverage service standards.
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or high volume environment will be considered an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, polished, and guest-oriented approach.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed during busy service periods.
- Confident and professional approach to suggestive selling and beverage recommendations.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of beverage stock, product handling, storage, and waste control.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while consistently maintaining service and quality standards.
- Comfortable working in a unique Caldera setting, involving frequent walking and navigating stairs between the bar, service areas, and different levels of the property.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service standards.
