German Speaking Technical Support Specialist
Introduction
Are you the go-to tech expert among your friends? Put your skills to use as a German Speaking Technical Support Specialist We are expanding our virtual team and looking for analytical minds who can break down complex technical issues into simple, friendly solutions for our German-speaking user base.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email to resolve system, hardware, or application issues.
- Walk users through hardware setup, software installation, and network configurations step-by-step.
- Analyze recurring technical queries to identify root causes and report them to developers.
- Maintain detailed logs of technical issues and solutions in our internal ticketing system.
- Ensure a high rate of first-contact resolution while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in German (written and spoken) alongside a good command of English.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity for tech, gadgets, or software ecosystems.
- Prior experience in technical customer care or helpdesk environments is a strong asset.
- Customer-centric mindset with great patience and communication skills.
- Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.
