Our client is a well-established industrial Group of Companies with a strong presence in the manufacturing sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take a key role in the operation and development of a new modern production facility.

The ideal candidate will be involved across its entire creation, development and operational support, playing a hands on role in bringing the facility to life and taking ownership of efficient processes, maintenance exellence anf high performance culture.

Reports to: Plant Manager

Purpose of the Role:

The Head of Production will be responsible for the overall supervision of the production operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring the safe, efficient and smooth operation of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the daily operation of the production facility.
• Ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and facilities.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage and develop the production team.
• Monitor production KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally with exposure to industrial gases, compressors, pumps, or similar equipment.
• Experience in managing production and/or maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
