Your New Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer and Contracts Administration Coordinator to join our Markets & Portfolio team based in Athens, Greece.

This role provides coordination and support to colleagues to drive effective contract lifecycle management. It supports and drives data quality, business planning activity and continuous improvement of the sales process and methods. It promotes the use of customer records management system (CRM) and manages data integrity and process compliance for allocated sales areas.

What You Can Expect from the Role

•  Maintains an in-depth understanding of the sales system, its functionality and acceptable uses
•  Works collaboratively to understand and resolve user issues that may affect the quality or availability of up to date customer information in the CRM system(Salesforce).
•  Supports implementation activity for improvement or transformation initiatives.
•  Prioritises own workflow to ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
•  Prepares Proposals, Tenders and Contracts using Company templates.
•  Complete Margin Calculations as required.
•  Register customer contracts within CRM and ERP system.
•  Review and Extend/Expire customer contracts where needed, creating required paperwork and making necessary amendments on the system.
•  Distribute and Implement monthly Inflation Price Adjustments (IPA).
•  Update Customer Master Data and Vessel Master Data as required.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

•  Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbally
•  Proven experience in a similar function
•  Experience working in a fast-paced customer focused environment

Desirable Criteria

•  University degree in a Business Discipline.
