Work Model: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 - 00:00
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Travel Support Agent to join an international team supporting customers of a leading online travel platform. In this role, you will assist travellers and partners with bookings, reservations, payments, and general travel-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging channels
Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
Handle account, reservation, and payment-related inquiries
Support both customers and business partners with travel-related requests
Deliver support primarily in German, with occasional support in English
Requirements
Fluent German (C1)
Good English communication skills (B2+)
Previous customer service, contact center, hospitality, or travel industry experience is an advantage
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required
