Position Details
- Locations: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
- Work Model: On-site or remote, depending on the position
- Languages: Dutch (C1 or native level) and English (B2 minimum)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the team
- Working Hours: Fixed day shifts or rotating shifts
- Contract: 8 months, with potential for extension

Requirements
- Strong Dutch communication skills
- Good English proficiency
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required for most positions
