POSITION SNAPSHOT

Location: Nestlé, Coffee Factory, Oinofyta Voiotia

Contract: Undefined period of time contract, full time

Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Position level: M

Salary:

For this position, the gross monthly salary ranges from €1,250 to €1,450, paid over 14 salary payments per year. The final offer will be determined within this range, taking into consideration the candidate’s experience and skills.

A day in the life of...

Operate and maintain production lines with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Ensure Safety and Quality standards at the line.
Participate in projects for improvement of machine or operational reliability.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize unplanned stoppages.
Follow TPM (Total Performance Management) routines to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.

What Will Make You Successful

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrological from Technical Institute)
Strong understanding of technical processes and production workflows.
Familiarity with automation systems and maintenance practices.
Problem solving capabilities.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
SAP knowledge would be a plus.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Ability to work in shifts.
