Position Details
- Locations: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
- Work Model: On-site or remote, depending on the position
- Languages: German (native-level or C1) and English (B2 or higher)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the team
- Working Hours: Fixed day shifts or rotating shifts
- Contract: 8 months, with potential for extension
Your Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to products, apps and digital services.
- Support customers with accounts, billing, payments and orders.
- Handle complaints, refunds, cancellations and other customer requests.
- Provide professional, empathetic and solution-oriented customer service.
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with specialised teams when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level or C1 German proficiency.
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work with multiple systems.
- A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support or sales is an advantage, but not required for every position.
