Customer Service Specialists – Athens, Greece

We are currently hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our teams in Athens, Greece.

Athens, Greece

Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
- Handle customer questions and requests professionally
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow project procedures and quality standards
- Work effectively in an international environment
Requirements
- Fluent/native level in one of the following languages:
Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish, Flemish, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, French or Finnish
- Good level of English
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Motivation to work and live in an international environment
