Reservations Agent

Leaderstay is Greek company specialized on properties all over the country, is recruiting a Reservations Agent. We lead to powerful sales networks, to the most popular travel agencies, wholesalers, OTAS, tour operators, affiliates and other tourism channels specially targeted to properties. We cooperate with European travel specialists. We provide to every property owner access to wider sales, over B2B and B2B2C networks. The role is based in our offices in Ampelokipoi Athens. Responsibilities Ensuring that reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner while meeting all deadlines. Sorting out any issues that may arise with reservations Delivering excellent customer service over the phone and via email – responding to all guest queries within 24 hours. Negotiation and communication with the property owners Supporting customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. Coordinate and direct preparation of the weekly cleaning schedule for the current and upcoming months. Be familiar with all company sales policies and selling techniques with an emphasis on maximizing efficiency   Qualifications Fluency in English language. Skillful facilitator with good planning skills and high discipline to execute plans and objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in  a similar position. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Availability to work in shifts.
