APHI KALLI in Chania, Crete seeks motivated and talented professionals as Demi Chef de partie / Cooks B to support excellence in every detail. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following specified recipes and portion sizes. Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and that food safety standards are maintained. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth workflow Bring creativity to the kitchen by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce. Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines for food preparation and handling Requirements Culinary diploma 2+ years of experience as a Cook B' in a fine dining restaurant. A Marriott experience will be considered an advantage.
