Leading shipping company in the wet sector is seeking to employ an Electrical Superintendent due to its fleet expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on electrical, automation, and pneumatic systems to Superintendents and crew.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and repair in coordination with Fleet Managers.
  • Support troubleshooting during critical situations.
  • Attend vessels to assess system conditions.
  • Organize drydocking and servicing, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Review spare parts requisitions and advise procurement.
  • Monitor relevant checklists and PMS.
  • Stay updated on marine electrical and automation advancements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the tanker sector.
  • Willingness to travel onboard.
