The Goal

We're hiring a
Principal DevOps Engineer
to own and evolve our containerized platforms. You'll design and run
on-prem Kubernetes clusters with Rancher
, build resilient
GitOps pipelines
, and champion
DevSecOps practices
. From performance tuning for high-traffic events to streamlining CI/CD with
Jenkins and Artifactory
, you'll ensure our systems stay secure, scalable, and future-ready. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive innovation across TechOps.

The Player

You're a
Kubernetes authority
with deep
on-prem experience
. You've built GitOps workflows, automated with
Java, Go, or Python
, and delivered reliable monitoring with
Prometheus and Grafana
. Security, patching, and hardening are second nature, and you know how to keep systems running at peak performance.

You're a communicator, collaborator, and coach—able to guide teams, influence direction, and engage with customers at every level. Cloud exposure (AWS) helps, but your strength is
on-prem mastery
.
