Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and providing hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with users and internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently and improve IT service quality.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT devices.Monitor system performance and ensure security, reliability, and efficiency.Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve escalated incidents.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
