Responsibilities:- cultivating value-based relationships with new and existing customers to ensure success with digital tools and solutions,
- handling inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, offering tailored recommendations that align with client goals,
- identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize value for both the customer and the business,
- researching client accounts, purchase history, and professional profiles (e.g., linkedin, zoominfo) to spot expansion potential,
- managing your sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and strategy updates to leadership,
- acting quickly on marketing-qualified leads within agreed slas to drive revenue growth,
- partnering with product and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, from resolving issues to organizing, product demos,
- maintaining high customer satisfaction (csat) while achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- at least 1 year of experience in sales or account management (b2b preferred),
- fluency in spanish and english (c1+) - strong written and verbal communication skills are essential,
- a customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and deliver tailored solutions,
- confidence using crm tools and managing pipelines efficiently,
