We are looking for a
Senior Scrum Master
to support
two cross-functional product teams
in delivering impactful digital solutions that shape the future of urban technology and Smart City innovation.

As a key member of our Agile Delivery function, you'll foster collaboration, remove obstacles, and help teams continuously improve their delivery flow and product quality.

Your Role

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for two agile product teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance agile maturity and self-organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to ensure sprint goals align with product vision and business value.
  • Identify and remove delivery impediments proactively.
  • Use data-driven insights (velocity, burn-down, team health metrics) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and learning within teams.
  • Partner with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach to scale best practices across the organization.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
  • Proven experience managing
    multiple agile teams
    concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling techniques.
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Solid grasp of agile metrics and how to use them to guide team performance.
  • Familiarity with digital product environments (IoT, data platforms, SaaS, or Smart City projects preferred).
  • Certifications such as SSM
    , PSM II, or PMI-ACP
    are a strong plus.
