What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features that deliver real-time odds, custom screens, and instant alerts for professional bettors, traders, and enterprise clients.
• Lead the breakdown of high-level initiatives into actionable epics and user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria for features such as odds comparison, steam alerts, injury/event-level info, and customisable layouts.
• Oversee sprint planning and execution for multiple product streams, focusing on timely delivery of enhancements like live odds integration, advanced filtering, and global search capabilities.
• Maintain and evolve the product roadmap, balancing feature development, technical debt, and operational improvements to maximise product value and market competitiveness.
• Ensure seamless integration with data providers, payment gateways, and sportsbook partners, supporting subscription management and user tracking.

Stakeholder Engagement & Operational Excellence

• Collaborate closely with Product leadership, UX/UI designers, engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver intuitive, high-performance products that meet the needs of both enterprise and individual users.
• Engage with sportsbook partners, trading teams, and customer support to gather feedback, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver fully defined user stories and acceptance criteria for features
• Maintain a data-driven roadmap, prioritising enhancements based on user impact, revenue potential, and feasibility.
• Track and report on KPIs including latency, uptime, user engagement, and subscription growth.
• Champion the interests of users and stakeholders, ensuring that the product remains in the industry leaders.

The Player

• 3+ years' experience in agile product development, ideally with B2C SaaS products
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without formal authority.
• Experience with backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and data-driven product planning.
• Demonstrable experience in product innovation, usability testing, and continuous improvement.

Desirable

• Deep understanding of sports betting markets, odds provision, and data integration.
• Experience with real-time data platforms, odds screens, or trading tools.
• Familiarity with North American and international sportsbook operations.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
