WMG Sustainable Innovation is a specialised advisory firm active across the maritime, transport and energy sectors. As our company develops and our project portfolio continues to expand, we are launching an open call for talented professionals interested in joining our team in future roles.

About the Role

We seek professionals who can support our work across the full project lifecycle—from concept development and feasibility analysis to project execution and delivery.

Potential responsibilities include:

• Supporting and executing project tasks within defined scopes and timelines
• Conducting techno-economic assessments, cost–benefit analyses and market evaluations
• Preparing financial models for feasibility studies
• Compiling progress reports and maintaining project documentation
• Performing background research using technical, regulatory and market sources
• Ensuring high-quality implementation of assigned tasks
• Contributing innovative ideas for new services and participating in growth initiatives
• Monitoring developments in energy, maritime and hard-to-abate industries

About you

We welcome expressions of interest from candidates who bring:

• A strong academic background (M.Sc/M.Eng in Engineering, Management, or related field)
• Experience in maritime, transport energy projects
• Experience in market research, techno-economic analysis, or feasibility studies
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
• A collaborative mindset and motivation to work on innovative projects
