Medir, analizar y reportar métricas clave de performance de cada campaña, iterando propuestas para mejora continua. Diseñar e implementar procesos de ventas outbound para un equipo de fuerza de venta directa de Mercado Pago Checkout. Capacitar y brindar soporte al equipo de telemarketers, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
