Quality Specialist (5925/QS/ESS/GR)

Job Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and product inspections to identify quality failures.
• Support implementation and monitoring of quality procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality control checks and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses per customer complaint and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits and external audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Support ISO system enhancement and certification.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Mining and Mineral Engineering or relevant field (AEI or TEI)
• Recent graduates (Bachelor or Master holders) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a production-related role is a competitive advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in fast -paced, hands -on industrial environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on industrial environment.
