Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven
Production Supervisor
to join our team on-site in Ilion. This key role involves overseeing and coordinating daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will be proactive in optimizing workflows, leading production staff, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products in accordance with regulatory standards and internal objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day production activities
• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health & safety regulations, and company quality procedures
• Lead and motivate production teams to meet performance and quality goals
• Monitor inventory, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to support product lifecycle needs
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum
  3 years of supervisory experience
  in a manufacturing environment, ideally in
  medical devices, pharmaceuticals, plastic or glass production
• Solid knowledge of
  production planning, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
• Proven experience in managing and developing production teams
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production management tools
• University degree in
  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong
  organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in
  English (written and verbal)
  ; Greek is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
• On-site availability in Ilion
  is required
