As an Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and unique entertainment programs for guests. Responsibilities- Create and develop entertainment programs that are unique, engaging and tailored to the hotel's target audience.
- Source, negotiate and manage the entertainment budget, including live acts, performers, DJs, and equipment hire.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct daily and nightly entertainment performances, ensuring the highest level of production value and guest satisfaction.
- Establish connections with local event suppliers and artists that can bring a fresh approach to the entertainment offered.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination of events.
- Manage the execution of all events, ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of each event, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing creative entertaining programs for large-scale events, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Passionate, creative, innovative, and ability to think outside the box.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail.
- Availability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
