Τεχνικό / Προγραμματιστή Εφαρμογών
 για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα τεχνικής υποστήριξης και πωλήσεων μας.

Καθήκοντα
:

  • Προγραμματισμό και υλοποίηση δειγματικών εφαρμογών (demos) σε ρομποτικούς βραχίονες
    , με έμφαση σε εφαρμογές ηλεκτροσυγκόλλησης και άλλες διεργασίες.
  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη πριν και μετά την πώληση
    : από το στάδιο του pre-sales (παρουσιάσεις, επιδείξεις) έως το post-sales (εγκατάσταση, εκπαίδευση, troubleshooting).
  • Διαχείριση, παράμετροποίηση και επίλυση βλαβών
     σε ρομποτικά συστήματα και στον περιφερειακό εξοπλισμό τους.
  • Εκπαίδευση πελατών
     στη χρήση και τον προγραμματισμό του εξοπλισμού που απέκτησαν.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα πωλήσεων
     για την κατανόηση των αναγκών του πελάτη και την πρόταση τεχνικά ακριβών και εφικτών λύσεων.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκθέσεις και ημερίδες
     ως τεχνικός εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας.

Προσόντα:

  • Πρακτική εμπειρία σε προγραμματισμό βιομηχανικών ρομπότ (ιδανικά σε εφαρμογές συγκόλλησης).
  • Γνώση εφαρμογών προγραμματισμού
  • Καλή Γνώση αγγλικών και τεχνικής ορολογίας.
  • Καλή κατανόηση των βιομηχανικών διεργασιών (ηλεκτροσυγκόλληση, χειρισμός).
  • Ικανότητα παρουσίασης τεχνικών λύσεων με σαφήνεια και σιγουριά, τόσο σε τεχνικούς όσο και σε μη τεχνικούς συνομιλητές.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης πολύπλοκων προβλημάτων.
  • Άδεια οδήγησης Β΄ κατηγορίας & προθυμία για επαγγελματικά ταξίδια σε εθνικό επίπεδο.

Προαιρετικά:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τεχνικό ρόλο pre-sales ή post-sales.
  • Βεβαίωση από κάποιον προμηθευτή ρομποτικών συστημάτων.
