IT Support Specialist
για την ενίσχυση της ομάδας Πληροφορικής. Ο/H κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα αναλάβει την τεχνική υποστήριξη των χρηστών, τη διαχείριση του εταιρικού περιβάλλοντος
Microsoft 365 & Intune
, καθώς και τη συμβολή στη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με το πρότυπο
ISO 27001
. Επιπλέον, θα διαχειρίζεται τα
IT assets
(hardware, software, licenses) και την
παραγγελιοληψία IT εξοπλισμού και υπηρεσιών
.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης χρηστών (1st & 2nd level support)
  • Διαχείριση λογαριασμών, ομάδων και συσκευών στο
    Microsoft 365
    &
    Intune
  • Troubleshooting σε θέματα λειτουργικών συστημάτων
    Windows
    και
    Linux
  • Εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και ενημέρωση συστημάτων και εφαρμογών
  • Διαχείριση IT assets
    : καταγραφή, παρακολούθηση και απόσυρση εξοπλισμού και αδειών χρήσης
  • Παραγγελιοληψία και συντονισμός IT προμηθειών
    (εξοπλισμός, υπηρεσίες, λογισμικό)
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών ασφάλειας και συμμόρφωσης με το
    ISO 27001
  • Τεκμηρίωση περιστατικών και ενεργειών υποστήριξης

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 ετών σε θέση IT Support ή System Administration
  • Άριστη γνώση
    Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender)
  • Εμπειρία σε
    Intune
    (Device Management, Policies, Compliance)
  • Εμπειρία ή εξοικείωση με
    Microsoft Azure
    (AD, Entra ID, basic resource management)
  • Εξοικείωση με
    Windows
    και βασικές εντολές
    Linux
  • Κατανόηση βασικών αρχών
    ISO 27001
    και security best practices
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
