Junior Accountant

What you'll do

• Post day-to-day entries in the general ledger and assist with AP/AR processing.
• Support monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Help prepare basic financial reports (trial balance, P&L extracts) and management summaries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close (accruals, adjustments, documentation).
• Prepare and maintain documentation for E.L.P./Greek Accounting Standards and myDATA submissions (with guidance).
• Provide support for payroll inputs and related tax filings.
• Help gather documents and schedules for internal/external audits.
• Partner with operational teams to collect accurate financial information.
• Participate in process improvements for accuracy, controls, and efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc finance tasks and special projects as needed.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome).
• Basic knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (Ε.Λ.Π.), myDATA, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
• Fluency in English; Greek required.
