We Are Hiring: Senior Structural Engineer – Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Structural Engineer
to join our team as
Engineering Manager
. This is a leadership role for a highly motivated professional who will oversee structural design projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive technical excellence in our engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the structural engineering team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee design, analysis, and review of structural projects (reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures).
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and innovative solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
  • Support business development and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in structural design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and structural analysis software (e.g. SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla, Robot).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation is an advantage.
