About Us

We are an International Business Consulting firm, based in Glyfada, that focuses on our clients' growth by offering them exceptional tailor-made solutions in:  Accounting & Financial Management,  Legal Support,  IT Development,  Marketing Consultancy, and  Market Research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle bank reconciliations & travel expenses calculations;
  • Handle all the payments of the Organisation;
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions;
  • Monitor accounts and clients' expected payments;
  • Process payments according to the schedule;
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and maintain efficient financial operations;
  • Produce the necessary reporting and
  • download bank statements on a daily basis, while having written communication with banks when needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field;
  • 2-3 years of related professional experience, preferably in an international environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness;
  • Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
