Ζητείται τεχνικός Η/Υ (IT administrator) από εταιρεία παροχής λύσεων τεχνολογίας με έδρα στην Αργυρούπολη.

Περιγραφή Θέσης

Τεχνική υποστήριξη του μηχανογραφικού εξοπλισμού των πελατών & εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων μέσω απομακρυσμένης πρόσβασης στα συστήματα τους, που αφορούν τις παρακάτω κατηγορίες:

Servers:

  • Επιθυμητή γνώση εγκατάστασης - παραμετροποίησης – υποστήριξης συστημάτων με λειτουργικό Microsoft Windows Server
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση: Εγκατάσταση – παραμετροποίηση – υποστήριξη σε περιβάλλον Virtualization (HyperV, Vmware,Proxmox).
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση διαχείρισης πλατφόρμας MSP (Managed Antivirus, Acronis Cloud Backups)

Υπολογιστικά συστήματα:

  • Απαραίτητη γνώση επίλυσης προβλημάτων σε λειτουργικά Microsoft Windows XP, 7,10,11
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων σύνδεσης στο τοπικό δίκτυο και στο διαδίκτυο.
  • Απαραίτητη γνώση διαχείρισης πλατφόρμας MS 365 και παραμετροποίησης λογαριασμών 365
  • Εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση εταιρικού λογισμικού
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων σε εταιρικούς Η/Υ και υποδομές πελατών

Networking:

  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων δικτύου.

Monitoring συστημάτων:

  • Έλεγχος υποστηριζόμενων συστημάτων πελατών.

Τηλεφωνικά κέντρα:

  • Επιθυμητή  γνώση για επίλυση προβλημάτων εξοπλισμού VOIP τηλεφωνικών κέντρων.

Προϋπηρεσία:

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Να εργάζεται σε κάτι αντίστοιχο τον τελευταίο χρόνο
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β' κατηγορίας 

Εκπαιδευτικό υπόβαθρο:

  • Απολυτήριο ΙΕΚ -ΤΕΙ τεχνολογικής κατεύθυνσης 
  • Επιθυμητό First Certificate of Cambridge και καλή ανάγνωση και κατανόηση τεχνικών κειμένων στα Αγγλικά
  • Παρακολούθηση σεμιναρίων σχετικά με το τεχνικό γνωσιακό υπόβαθρο θα ληφθούν υπόψη
