BoatsAdvisor Hub&Events is seeking a dynamic Event & Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of its signature events and marketing initiatives in the maritime tourism sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event management and strategic marketing, with a passion for creating impactful experiences and driving brand growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale events and B2B initiatives, including international festivals, congresses, and brand activations (e.g., International Sea Tourism Festival, Panhellenic Yachting Congress).


• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, print, PR, social media).


• Manage partnerships with sponsors, vendors, municipalities, tourism boards, and private sector stakeholders.


• Oversee communication channels including social media, newsletters, press releases, and branded content.


• Monitor event performance and marketing KPIs; prepare post-event reports and evaluations.


• Support business development through pitch presentations, sponsorship proposals, and client outreach.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in event planning and/or marketing roles.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Ads, etc.).


• Availability to travel within Greece and abroad when required.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Background in the tourism or yachting industry.


• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.


• Experience working with public or private tourism bodies.
