HR Associate (Village Roadshow Greece)

About the Role
Village Cinemas is looking for a highly organized and hands-on HR Associate to join our team. This role will support the HR Department in the daily execution of administrative and operational tasks across the full employee lifecycle. This entry-level position is designed for a motivated individual eager to develop a career in Human Resources, providing exposure to recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration within a dynamic and people-focused environment.

Job Description 

• Provide administrative support to the HR team (e.g. maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, update systems & databases)
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication and participating in interviews for entry-level positions
• Support onboarding activities and employee integration processes
• Assist in organizing internal trainings, events and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle routine employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Collaborate with payroll and HRIS processes by preparing and maintaining necessary documentation
• Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations
• Manage and update information in the ERGANI system, ensuring compliance with labor law requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection standards and labor law regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience (internship experience will also be considered)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems will be considered a plus
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
• High ethical standards and alignment with the core values of Antenna Group
