Junior Credit Control (Αθήνα)

Κύρια καθήκοντα:

Η θέση αναφέρεται στην Senior Credit Control και έχει τις ακόλουθες υπευθυνότητες:

  • Παρακολούθηση των υπολοίπων πελατών και έλεγχος καθυστερούμενων οφειλών
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για τη διαχείριση και είσπραξη απαιτήσεων
  • Συμφωνίες υπολοίπων και επίλυση διαφορών/εκκρεμοτήτων
  • Υποστήριξη στη σύνταξη μηνιαίων αναφορών εισπράξεων
  • Υποστήριξη και διεκπεραίωση διαδικασιών σε συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Πωλήσεων, Customer Service, Τιμολόγησης και Λογιστηρίου για τη συμφωνία πελατών και έγκριση παραγγελιών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • 1-2 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε ανάλογη θέση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Καλή γνώση στο ERP σύστημα SoftOne θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, διαπραγμάτευσης και οργάνωσης
