Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project & Property Management Assistant, primarily based in Porto Heli, Greece (with occasional work from home). The successful candidate will support day-to-day property management operations, including guest coordination, administrative support, and client communication. The role also involves lease and booking administration, coordination with service providers, and ensuring an exceptional standard of customer experience and property presentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in property management and lease administration
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Clear and confident communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related field is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing, social media, or photography is an advantage
  • Valid driving license and flexibility to travel between properties
