Ο /Η Συντονιστής/τρια Βάρδιας, θα συμμετέχει ενεργά και θα συντονίζει όλο το φάσμα των εργασιών της διανομής από την δρομολόγηση και έως και την παράδοση των παραγγελιών από τους οδηγούς. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί την ικανότητα διοίκησης μεγάλης ομάδας και την συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του HSC, με στόχο την έγκαιρη παράδοση και την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

O κάτοχος της θέσης:

  • ευθύνεται για τη σωστή διαχείριση μεγάλης ομάδας οδηγών, προγραμματίζει τα ωράρια, τις βάρδιες εργασίας και τις άδειες.
  • είναι υπεύθυνος για τον προγραμματισμό και τη ορθή δρομολόγηση του στόλου της εταιρείας.
  • εξασφαλίζει τη δημιουργία και πραγματοποίηση των προκαθορισμένων δρομολογίων των οχημάτων με το βέλτιστο τρόπο, για την ασφαλή τους μεταφορά και την αυστηρά έγκαιρη παράδοση των προϊόντων στον τελικό πελάτη.
  • είναι υπεύθυνος για την ανάθεση και ακέραια επιστροφή του εξοπλισμού από τους οδηγούς.
  • εξασφαλίζει την άρτια λειτουργία των οχημάτων, τηρώντας το πρόγραμμα συντηρήσεων ή/και επισκευών.
  • ευθύνεται για τη σωστή διαχείριση της ροής των χρημάτων, μεταξύ πελατών, οδηγού και HSC.
  • παρακολουθεί δείκτες απόδοσης (KPIs) του τομέα ευθύνης του.
  • παρακολουθεί τα μεγέθη και εκδίδει αναφορές μέσω του TMS συστήματος του HSC.

Επαγγελματικά προσόντα & Εμπειρία

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ ή ΑΕΙ στην Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Εμπειρία 2-3 έτη σε συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Προηγούμενη χρήση TMS και ERP συστημάτων

  • Ικανότητα καλής συνεργασίας, διαχείρισης ομάδας και καλές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη
  • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων
    Αναπτυγμένες οργανωτικές ικανότητες με έμφαση στην ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών και διαφορετικών έργων και στη διαχείριση χρόνου
