Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moskháton for an Airfreight Operator at Aeromet Hellas Ltd. The Airfreight Operator will be responsible for the coordination and management of airfreight shipments, including booking cargo space, preparing necessary documentation, and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery. The role includes liaising with airlines, customers, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of shipment operations.

Qualifications

  • Logistics and Operations Management: Experience in freight forwarding, shipment documentation processing, and liaising with airlines and agents
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to provide timely solutions and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer Relationship Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain positive client and partner relationships
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling shipment records, documentation, and compliance with international shipping regulations
  • Availability: Flexibility to be on-call for urgent shipment assignments and tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred; relevant experience in airfreight operations is highly advantageous
