We're looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain user access rights and permissions across enterprise systems and applications.
  • Manage and monitor email accounts, distribution lists, and access groups in collaboration with IT and business units.
  • Support identity and access management (IAM) operations, including onboarding/offboarding and periodic access reviews.
  • Implement access control policies following the bank's information security framework.
  • Respond to access-related incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and audit teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO
  • Maintain accurate documentation of access management procedures and user permissions.
  • Participate in security improvement initiatives and support system migrations or upgrades when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in access management, email administration, or IT user management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and IAM tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and data protection standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
