Ο ρόλος του Digital & B2B Marketing associate αναφέρεται στον Marketing Director και σχετίζεται άμεσα με τη συνολική ψηφιακή παρουσία της εταιρίας στα σύγχρονα μέσα. Αντικείμενο της εργασίας καθίσταται η δημιουργία και υλοποίηση καινοτόμων στρατηγικών ψηφιακού Marketing καθώς συμμετέχει σε πληθώρα παραγωγικών διαδικασιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και των εκθέσεων που συμμετέχει η εταιρία. και βρίσκεται σε αγαστή συνεργασία με ποικίλα τμήματά της. Συνεργάζεται με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα της εταιρίας, με οίκους του εξωτερικού και συνεισφέρει στη σύλληψη μιας καμπάνιας μέχρι την εκτέλεση και τη μέτρηση της αποδοτικότητάς της. Παράλληλα, είναι υπεύθυνος για την ορθή λειτουργία του Β2Β Site καθώς και των επιμέρους microsites σε συνεργασία με τον IT της εταιρίας.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Η διαχείριση και η επιμέλεια των Social Media Καναλιών σε Facebook, Instagram και LinkedIn, με προγραμματισμό του υλικού, τη δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση της στρατηγικής και την δημιουργία του περιεχομένου σε συνεργασία με το Creative Department
  • Η επιμέλεια υλικού και δημιουργία περιεχομένου για οποιαδήποτε ψηφιακή τοποθέτηση όπως φωτογραφίες και video.
  • Η παρακολούθηση της πορείας των καμπανιών με την χρήση εργαλείων Analytics, η ανάλυση των δεδομένων και η δημιουργία reports.
  • H επιμέλεια και η συντήρηση του B2B Site και των Microsites όπου περιλαμβάνει την ενημέρωση του αναρτημένου υλικού, την εν γένει επεξεργασία των προϊόντων (κατηγορίες, υποκατηγορίες κλπ), την ανάρτηση νέων κωδικών και την επιμέλεια για τυχόν αλλαγές στην αρχική σελίδα σε banners και e-catalogues.
  • Η διαχείριση και η ανάπτυξη διαφορετικών τύπων campaigns σε διαφορετικά μέσα όπως Viber, SMS, Email Marketing.
  • H παρακολούθηση των Keywords και τυχόν αλλαγές σε αυτά με στόχο την βελτιστοποίηση της απόδοσης των Sites μέσω ενεργειών SEO/SEM
  • Η συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση και εκτέλεση Offline Campaigns, δράσεις Εταιρικής Κοινωνικής Ευθύνης
  • Η σύνταξη Δελτίων Τύπου και η ανάρτησή τους στα Sites της εταιρίας ή η αποστολή τους σε Μέσα Μαζικής Ενημέρωσης (Εφημερίδες, Περιοδικά κλπ). Παράλληλα η σύνταξη άρθρων (copywriting) για τις ανάγκες των blog sections στα sites.
  • Η συντήρηση και ενημέρωση του υλικού που είναι διαθέσιμο σε Drive όπου περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων τιμοκαταλόγους, πληροφορίες προϊόντων για την εξυπηρέτηση των eshops και Social Media Content
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών χονδρικής και λιανικής σε θέματα που άπτονται των ως άνω αντικειμένων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Γνώσεις Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma για την δημιουργία Post και επεξεργασία εικόνων και βίντεο
  • Γνώσεις πλατφόρμας ΜΕΤΑ και Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Trends κλπ)
  • Εμπειρία σε WordPress/ Joomla / Laravel για την λειτουργία των Sites
  • Γνώσεις χρήσης προγραμμάτων ERP κατά προτίμηση της Entersoft
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε πλατφόρμες όπως Yuboto, Mailchimp
