We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to join our Production team. You will ensure that the production process meets the technical specifications and KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to production planning operations to meet production targets.
• Monitor and optimizing process parameters.
• Support troubleshooting in production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
• Master's degree will be considered an asset
• 2-5 years of working experience in an industrial environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
• PC Literacy
• Demonstrated communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
