Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our company's IT infrastructure and users. We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including account creation, access provisioning, and device setup/collection.
  • Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, email addresses, and access rights in various systems and tools.
  • Ensure all IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, network devices) is properly maintained and inventoried.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
  • Ensure IT policies, security standards, and procedures are followed.
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement of IT operations.
  • Provide remote support to employees working in hybrid or off-site environments.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and basic network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.) to Gsuite Admin.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast who enjoys working with innovative technology.
