About the role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive and modular interfaces for our
distributed enterprise platform, which features AI, data orchestration, configuration, and
analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for crafting the user-facing elements of our
platform, ensuring that technical complexity is presented through clear, accessible interaction
models.
Reporting to the UX Lead, you will play a key role in developing and driving adoption of a
scalable design system. Collaboration with developers and product teams is essential to
maintain usability, consistency, and technical feasibility across our products.
Key Responsibilities
∙Design and prototype dashboards, configuration interfaces, and reusable components
using Figma
∙Translate technical specifications and workflows into user-centric, scalable design
solutions
∙Work closely with developers to ensure quality, responsiveness, and consistency of
implementation
∙Contribute to the establishment, documentation, and team-wide adoption of a
modular design system
∙Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and iterate on design solutions
∙Maintain comprehensive documentation of interaction patterns, design behaviours,
and component standards
∙Support design consistency across product areas and platform features through cross-
functional collaboration
Requirements
∙Proficiency with Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools
∙Sound knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and responsive UI patterns
∙Experience designing interfaces for data-driven applications, dashboards, or
configuration tools
∙Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams including developers, low-
code engineers, and QA professionals
∙Familiarity with modular software platforms and hybrid deployment
environments
Nice To Have
∙Experience with developer handoff tools such as Storybook, or similar solutions
∙Exposure to low-code platforms, dynamic UI rendering, or backend-driven interfaces
∙Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for enterprise UI
∙Prior involvement in building or maintaining a design system within cross-functional
teams
