Αυτή την στιγμή προσλαμβάνουμε για το εστιατόριο του Domes Miramare Corfu, μια απόλυτη εμπειρία πολυτελούς 5* resort, που βρίσκεται στην Κέρκυρα, Bar Manager με όρεξη και πάθος, να γίνει μέλος της ομάδας μας.

 Καθήκοντα  

  • Υπεύθυνος για την ολοκληρωμένη λειτουργία του μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου. 
  • Διατήρηση πελατοκεντρικής στάσης και παροχή άριστης εμπειρίας πελατών 
  • Συμμόρφωση με όλους τους κανονισμούς τροφίμων και ποτών 
  • Κατανομή καθηκόντων στην ομάδα του Μπαρ και καθοδήγηση και ενθάρρυνση της ομαδικότητας 
  • Εποπτεία της σωστής οργάνωσης του χώρου και της ροής των βραδιών 
  • Διαχείριση του αποθεματικού ποτών και υλικών 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα 

  • Απόφοιτος τουριστικής σχολής 
  • Πτυχίο bartender 
  • Άριστη γνώση παρασκευής cocktail με προϋπηρεσία σε υψηλής γαστρονομίας εστιατόρια 
  • Απαραίτητη η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και προαιρετικά μιας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας 
  • Ανάλογη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε ξενοδοχεία πολυτελείας ή σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε υπηρεσίες εστίασης 
  • Ευγένεια, ευχάριστη και φιλική προσωπικότητα 
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας 
  • Προσεγμένη εμφάνιση, καθαριότητα 
  • Προσανατολισμένος-η στην εξυπηρέτηση και την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη 
  • WSET πιστοποίηση (θα θεωρηθεί προσόν)
