IT Helpdesk Technicians

We are seeking to hire talented Junior IT Helpdesk Technicians to join a team of highly qualified professionals, in order to strengthen company's ability to deliver successfully IT services to large Enterprises.

The workplace is at Oinofyta, Viotia and the work model requires working from the physical office (onsite).

What you'll do:

• Manage incident operations.
• Implement and uphold security and backup protocols.
• Contribute to the implementation and support of client IT infrastructure.
• Engage with client Helpdesk and Support Operations teams.
• Install and set up IT infrastructure.
• Conduct system maintenance and perform upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in entry-level IT roles, along with familiarity with one or more of the following technologies, will be beneficial:

Windows Server

Active Directory services

Helpdesk systems

Monitoring systems

• Strong proficiency in both Greek and English, encompassing verbal and written communication.
