What We are looking for
As a Financial Reporting Manager at Novibet, you will be responsible for efficiently managing daily accounting tasks in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
What you will work on
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows.
- Oversee and refine financial reporting processes, support the month-end and year-end close, and ensure recurring reports are delivered accurately and on time.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure smooth year-end and interim audits
- Present financial information clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders, including management and directors, as well as external stakeholders, regulators, and shareholders.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the financial reporting team
- Drive automation and process improvements in the financial reporting cycle
- Support business decision-making by preparing technical memos and IFRS impact analyses
What you bring
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; MSc degree will be considered as a plus
- 10+ years of combined Accounting & Finance professional experience, out of which 2+ years in a managerial role, preferable in a multinational Corporation
- ACCA, ACA, CFA certification will be considered a plus
- Fluency in English & Greek (oral and written)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet the deadlines
- Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player with team management skills
