What We are looking for 

As a Financial Reporting Manager at Novibet, you will be responsible for efficiently managing daily accounting tasks in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you will work on

• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows.
• Oversee and refine financial reporting processes, support the month-end and year-end close, and ensure recurring reports are delivered accurately and on time.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure smooth year-end and interim audits
• Present financial information clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders, including management and directors, as well as external stakeholders, regulators, and shareholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the financial reporting team
• Drive automation and process improvements in the financial reporting cycle
• Support business decision-making by preparing technical memos and IFRS impact analyses

 What you bring

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; MSc degree will be considered as a plus
• 10+ years of combined Accounting & Finance professional experience, out of which 2+ years in a managerial role, preferable in a multinational Corporation
• ACCA, ACA, CFA certification will be considered a plus
• Fluency in English & Greek (oral and written)
• Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet the deadlines
• Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player with team management skills
