The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate verification and processing of invoices, supporting our operations in the maritime and logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and digitization of physical records
  • Customer registration and data maintenance
  • Preparation and management of cost notices
  • Invoice issuance and billing procedures
  • Invoice checking and validation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in invoice processing is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
