Invoice Checking Operator

AEROMET HELLAS LTD, a freight forwarding company with 40 years of expertise in the industry and specialization in ship spares, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Invoice Checking Operator to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate verification and processing of invoices, supporting our operations in the maritime and logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and digitization of physical records
• Customer registration and data maintenance
• Preparation and management of cost notices
• Invoice issuance and billing procedures
• Invoice checking and validation

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in invoice processing is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
